Event Description : TALK - Conversations with India’s Margins. 

Reimagining Work and Labouring Bodies: Conversations with India's sex workers. Being at the margins of the popular imagination of 'dignified' and 'real' labour, sex workers face criminalisation, are barred from forming trade unions and are unable to access social welfare due to high stigma. Sex workers help us imagine policy interventions that address their specific struggles. 

Speakers: Ayesha from the National Network of Sex Workers will be joined by other voices.
