Event Description :  Ahimsa Trust presents An evening of Mindfulness on the occasion of Buddha Purnima. 

There will be walking meditation, sitting meditation and a Dharma talk. There will be chanting and a candlelight ceremony followed by dinner. Please bring some food with you so that we can share it with each other. Please also bring a candle.
Practices and talks will be led by Dharmacharya Shantum Seth and members of the Order of Inter-being.
