Event Description : Our Show TRIVENI is an amalgam of three distinct streams of art representing the three sacred rivers. GANGA, YAMUNA & SARASWATI irrevocably linked to the philosophy, cultural heritage and history of India. The “Sangam” of the muddy brown Ganga meeting the blue waters of Yamuna with the mythical Saraswati at the TRIVENI ghat on the shores Prayagraj . our show TRIVENI attempts to emulate this very characteristic unity of the three artists. Prithvi Soni conjures up the essence of the muddy Ganga with images of the dusty north Indian streets , of village women , and dancing girls, of camels and horses, bearded men and bollywood beauties all in rich shades of brown and ocher. His fertile imagination akin to the fertile fields of The rich Gangatic plains. Harish Kumars spiritual works bring to life The enlightened Buddha and The blue – hued God Krishna playing his flute and enacting his “ leela” at Kalindikunj on the banks of The sacred Yamuna. The Recurring theme of the Pink Lotus and serene eyed beauties eyes closed in ecstacy of devotion and Bhakti of Ganesha , Krishana and Buddha. Madan Lal ‘The thinking man’s artist” a true devotee of Goddess Saraswati complets this TRIVENI. His works evoke both celebration and beauty intellect and Emotion. Which meet to evolve into mysterious metaphysical elements, calligraphic symbols, thinking and questioning birds and charging bold beasts, all in vibrant shades of effervescent Yellow-greens, gold kissed orange, Red of the setting sun, Turquoise Blue and Dusty Brown to Form This TRIVENI of COLOUR, STYLE and COMPOSITION.
