Event Details : A unique art exhibition «Russian Winter» gathered by the Russian Museum (St.-Petersburg)
The exhibition is organized by the State Russian Museum, JSFC Sistema and Rossotrudnichestvo
with the support of the Russian Embassy in India to mark the 45th anniversary of the RCSC.
The opening ceremony is scheduled to support the official visit of Russia's Prime-Minister Vladimir Putin to India.
The exposition will comprise works of outstanding Russian artists of the second half of the XIX-th –
beginning of the XX-th century, such as I.E.Grabar, A.M.Gerasimov, B.M.Kustodiev, K.E.Makovskiy,
P.N.Gruzinskiy, A.K.Savrasov and others. The organizers are assured that the exhibition will help the
Indians to feel the beauty and grandeur of Russian winter and will be remembered for a long time.
